我国高等教育大众化战略对策研究

自1999年高校扩招以来,我国高等教育规模迅速扩大,高等教育发展成绩显著.但在这一过程中也暴露出了适应新形势的高等教育改革步伐慢,教育质量标准下降、大学生就业难及教育贫困等矛盾和问题,为了促使我国高等教育持续健康发展,本文在对这些问题进行深人分析的基础上,进行了我国高等教育发展的战略对策研究.

Research on Strategical Countermeasures to Popularized Nationwide Higher Education of China

Since 1999,the time of high schools' expansion,Chinese higher education scale extended quickly and developed very fast.At the same time,some problems emerging,for example,the pace of high school reform is slow,education quality standard descends,employment for graduated college students becomes more difficulty,education burden becomes heavier,and so on.In view of these facts,the author analyses the reasons of above problems,and puts forwards some strategical countermeasures to Chinese higher education,in order to promote Chinese education healthy and fast development.
