徽文化视野下的黄山乡村旅游人力资源开发研究

围绕徽文化发展文化体验型乡村旅游已经成为目前黄山乡村旅游发展的重要方式,这不仅有利于徽文化的传承,也能提升旅游品味,促进乡村旅游产业升级,推进社会主义新农村建设。然而,黄山周边乡村能够将游、购、娱、食、住、行等旅游要素与徽文化相结合,发展文化体验型乡村旅游的人力资源却相对匮乏。因此,基于徽文化视野进行黄山乡村旅游人力资源开发已尤为迫切。

On the Development of Rural Tourism Human Resources in Huangshan from the Perspective of Hui Culture

As one important pattern in Huangshan city, the culture- experienced rural tourism stick to Hui Culture, which not only contribute to the heritage of Hui Culture, but also can enhance the tourism taste, promote the upgrading of rural tourism industry, and spur the construction of the new socialist countryside. However, in the development of rural tourism, one of the concerns in the combination of the local tourism elements like traveling, shopping, entertainment, food, accommodation and transportation, with the Huizhou Culture is a relative lack of human resources. Consequently, it is particularly urgent to develop rural tourism human resources in Huangshan from the perspective of Hui Culture.
