| 摘 要： | 通过对64位铁路机车司机的实证研究,探讨这一群体的心理资本及希望、坚韧性和乐观三种积极心理状态与心理健康十项指标的关系。得出的结论是机车司机的希望和心理资本对他们的9项心理症状及总症状指数都有显著的负向预测作用,机车司机的坚韧性对他们的人际关系敏感和抑郁有显著的正向预测作用,对其他变量无预测作用,而机车司机的乐观只对他们的抑郁有显著的负向预测作用。 |

| Abstract: | 64 Chinese train drivers were recruited for the study of the relationships between their psychological capital,hope,resiliency,optimism and their mental health.Firstly,train drivers’ hope and psychological capital separately had a negative forecast on all of the factors of SCL-90.Secondly,train drivers’ resiliency demonstrated positive forecast on their interpersonal sensitivity and depression,and no effects on other variables.Lastly,the optimism of train drivers only showed negative forecasts on their depression. |
