| 摘 要： | 目前企业社会责任的研究更多还停留在内容的分析层次,对其实现过程的关注,特别是对企业责任行为的解析则要少得多.与通常以独立于企业的立场来分析社会责任实现的方法不同,本文立足于企业的角度以组织学习为切入点,通过基于意义系统的企业社会责任蛛网模型的阐发,解构了企业社会责任的行为内涵,并以之架构社会责任行为的组织学习机制,分析了这种意义系统的演变,从整体上进一步勾勒了推进及协调双重机制作用下的企业社会责任发展路径.作为一个探索性研究,以此对社会责任内生的过程透视,为其在企业的现实嫁接提供了一种可能.
