| Abstract: | Training innovative talents is the task for the higher education institutions by the nation.In the new age,higher education institutions should set up the innovative talent-training system in an active way,understand accurately the characteristics of innovative talents,establish a new innovative talent-training model,renew the educational concept,strengthen the construction of teachers,make innovations in the rules and regulations of the teaching management,and take the road of enterprise-university-research in a cooperative way. |
