| 摘 要： | 我国在进行国家助学贷款改革的同时,各地方政府也积极探索了适合地方发展的助学新模式,如生源地贷款、政府奖学金、各类专项基金以及企业的积极支持赞助等诸多措施。发挥地方政府和社会企业助学的积极性,是我国完善助学贷款工作的重要出路,也是世界多数国家的基本发展趋势,在理论与实践上都具有重要的意义。
