| 摘 要： | 由次贷危机引发的国际金融危机愈演愈烈,已逐渐演变成一次全球性的大危机。尽管这次危机对我国实体经济和虚体经济都带来了不少消极的影响,但同时也给我国经济带来了难得的发展机遇。这主要包括：推动进、出口商品的结构升级;加快纺织业的产业调整;提高就业政策的实效性;强化政府部门对股市的监管;进一步完善我国期货市场的监管与法律。

| Abstract: | The USA financial crisis triggered by the subprime crisis has gradually evolved into a global crisis and has cast great influence on China＇s real and virtual economy. However,it presents rare opportunities for China to promote the structure of the real estate agents,to accelerate the structure adjustment of the tourism industry,to strengthen the government supervision on stock,to perfect the supervision and laws of its futures market,etc. |
