| 摘 要： | 新颁布的《俄罗斯反贪污贿赂法》在推进俄罗斯反腐败进程中迈出了关键的一大步,该法规定了一系列很有特色的反贪污贿赂制度。如何加强中国的反贪污贿赂立法工作,走制度反腐之路,俄罗斯的经验和做法或许能给我们一些有益的启示。

| Abstract: | Russia＇s ＂Law against corruption and bribery＂,which was newly promulgated,has actively promoted the process of Russia＇s anti-corruption,the Act provides a series of special system to control corruption and bribery.How to strengthen China＇s anti-corruption legislation and get on the way to anti-corruption by rules,Russia＇s experience and practices may give us useful insight. |
