| Abstract: | Complaint letter and visit involved in lawsuits is a highly controversial petition system at present in China,which covers the public expression,judicial supervision,dispute resolution and many other features.Through studying the causes and the plight of such petition system,a solution of the problem was put forward,which is ＂the rule of law.＂ |
