| 摘 要： | 水灾害是广东重大的自然灾害之一,具有发生频率高,发生时间与空间集中等特点;并会带来较大的破坏性与严重的社会问题,严重威胁人民的生命及财产安全。把古代与现代的水灾害预防与治理措施结合起来,实现水灾害的综合防治,对广东的防灾减灾有积极意义。

| Abstract: | Flood is one of the major natural disasters in Guangdong Province,with characteristics of high frequency and centralized occurrence time and space;it will bring destructive and serious social problem,which is a serious threat to people＇s lives,property and safety.It is very significant for Guangdong Province to combine the ancient and the modern disaster prevention and control measures as well in an effort to realize comprehensive treatment of flood. |
