| Abstract: | Originated in the period of Pre-Qin,China legal system reached its peak in Tang Dynasty after hundreds of years＇ development.Tang code is generally considered the representative work of Chinese legal family,naturally the research of Tang code became a hot topic in the researches of China legal history,therefore the researchers in first half of the 20th century had unlimited enthusiasm about the same issue.Through summarizing the research results,analyzing their different perspectives and arguments,we can form a complete understandings. |
