| 摘 要： | 针对企业知识管理的现状,以多元统计分析中的因子分析法为数学工具,建立了企业知识管理绩效的评价指标体系,运用SPSS软件,对企业知识管理的数据进行因子分析,最后以因子得分作为企业知识管理绩效的综合评价值,对企业知识管理绩效作出评价。为企业知识管理绩效的研究,提供了一种切实可行的方法。

| Abstract: | Based on factor analysis of multivariate statistical analysis,the article aims directly at knowledge management practice,establishment the index system of knowledge management performance evaluation,and uses the SPSS software make a factor analysis of the data of enterprise knowledge management,the final order factor score make evaluation value of the knowledge management performance.This article studies the performance of Enterprise Knowledge Management,provides a reasonable,practical feasibility of approach. |
