关于朝鲜语词汇发展中的若干问题

在朝鲜语词汇发展史的研究中 ,至今还遗留着诸多有待解决的问题 ,其中有的是语言观念问题 ,有的是研究视觉问题 ,有的则是语言政策问题。因此 ,在朝鲜语词汇史的问题上 ,澄清模糊认识 ,更新语言观念刻不容缓。现从朝鲜语词汇史的角度 ,围绕语言词汇发展中的若干认识问题 ,提出了以下三个基本观点 :第一 ,应当正视汉字词的地位和作用 ;第二 ,固有词仍然是朝鲜语词汇的主体 ;第三 ,新时期外来词的规范应该有“弹性”。

Some Questions on the Development of Korean Vocabulary

There have remained many questions to be tackled in the study of the history of Korean vocabulary, concerning the language concept, the research vision and the language policy. It is urgent that our obscure cognition should be clarified and language concepts should be renewed. The article aims to present three basic viewpoints on the cognition of Korean vocabulary development: first, we should face squarely the position and function of Chinese words; second, main part of Korean vocabulary is composed of vernacular words; and third, the normalization of new loanwords should follow a flexible way.
