| 摘 要： | 随着高新技术的蓬勃发展和市场竞争的日益激烈,虚拟企业已成为现代企业组织形式的发展趋势,作为虚拟企业核心趋动力之一的智力资本在此中起重要作用。本文通过对虚拟企业智力资本管理方式的探讨,得出企业兴衰成败的关键在于智力资本的合理应用。

| Abstract: | With the developing of advanced technology and sharpness of market competition, virtual enterprise has become the tendency of modern enterprise organization. Intelligence capital plays a very important role in virtual enterprise. This article mainly focuses on the managerial forms of intelligence capital in virtual enterprise, and reaches the conclusion that the effective management of intelligence capital is the key of success for the company. |
