| Abstract: | The paper has recalled and summed up the five aspects of the "Speciality" of the Communist Party members proposed by Liu Shaoqi. That is, the Communist Party members' personal interests must be subordinate to the those of the party and country;the Communist Party members must keep in close touch with the people and have to maintain their own advancement.Moreover,they must constantly strengthen their own culture, and possess the morality of communism so as to give important guide to the construction of the party in the new era. |
