| 摘 要： | 对高职院校实行完全学分制教学管理模式的基本条件、具体措施及实施进行了系统探析，并就推行完全学分制人才培养及教学管理新模式改革的积极作用和面临的主要问题作出客观评价，为全面推行“完全学生制”进行了有益探索，具有一定的社会价值。
