| 摘 要： | 地方高师院校应明确＂立足地方、以师为本＂的角色定位,树立＂教学型＂甚或＂教学研究型＂的发展目标,坚持＂以特色创优势、以创新求发展＂的办学路子,培育具有＂创新能力＂的应用型人才相应地要求培养学生健康积极的价值取向、求真务实的思维品质、敢破能立的精神气概、鲜明独特的个性风格等特别素质。为此,必须转变人才观念,更新培养模式、优化课程体系,改进教学方法、拓展实践平台,提升应用能力、丰富考核体系,完善评价机制、加强文化建设,培育创新环境。
