就业是大学生走向社会的第一步,是他们人生中的一次重要选择,当前严峻的就业形势加重了大学毕业生的就业压力,大学生的就业心理问题日益凸显出来,主要表现为矛盾心理、焦虑心理、挫折心理和自卑心理等,这不仅严重影响大学生顺利择业,而且有害大学生的心理健康。因此,大学毕业生要从树立正确择业观、全面提高自身素质和能力、保持良好的择业心态、科学确立合理的择业目标等方面进行自我调控,努力培养健康择业心理,从而实现顺利择业。
