| 摘 要： | 本研究采用问卷调查的研究方法，以南京市四所高校学生作为调查对象进行研究。研究结果表明，未来发展和社会报答动机是贫困生最强烈的学习动机；父母的职业和文化程度对学习动机有一定的影响。根据调查结果分析，得出了影响高校贫困生学习动机的原因以及不同专业、性别、家境的学生学习动机的差异。通过原因分析，从政策、心理、经济、差异源等层面提出了调适高校贫困生学习动机的策略。
