高校贫困生学习动机的调适策略

摘    要:本研究采用问卷调查的研究方法,以南京市四所高校学生作为调查对象进行研究。研究结果表明,未来发展和社会报答动机是贫困生最强烈的学习动机;父母的职业和文化程度对学习动机有一定的影响。根据调查结果分析,得出了影响高校贫困生学习动机的原因以及不同专业、性别、家境的学生学习动机的差异。通过原因分析,从政策、心理、经济、差异源等层面提出了调适高校贫困生学习动机的策略。

Abstract:This study adopted the method of questionnaire,with the undergraduates from four universities in Nanjing as the informants.It indicates that among the learning motivations of poor undergraduates(L.M.P.U.),development for future,and service for society and family are the strongest motivation,and occupation and the motivation of parents have some effects on L.M.P.U..By analyses,it has found out the elements that affect their motivations and the differences that exist in different majors, sex,and family backgr...
