高校教师职业倦怠与师资管理对策

摘    要:目前,高校教师职业倦怠现象引起社会的广泛关注,职业倦怠通过情绪耗竭、个性化缺失、成就感降低等方面表现出来,使得教学成效大大降低。文章通过对高校外部社会环境和内部管理机制两方面进行有效分析,提出必须提升社会对高校教师的价值认同并加快高校内部管理体制改革,采用高效的激励机制来帮助高校教师克服职业倦怠问题。

Abstract:At present, the phenomenon of college teachers occupational burnout has caused widespread concern in society ; occupational burnout is displayed through emotional exhaustion, deficiency of individuation, low sense of accomplishment, and greatly reduces teaching effect. This paper effectively analyzes the two aspects of the external environment and internal manage- ment mechanism, puts forward it must enhance the social value identity for college teachers and speed up the reform of internal management system in institutions of higher learning, to adopt the efficient incentive mechanism to help teachers in colleges and universities to overcome the problem of occupation burnout.
