| 摘 要： | 以人为本,是现阶段我国社会主义政治文明建设的目标和内涵,是我们在建设社会主义政治文明实践中必须始终自觉遵循的基本原则、思想方法和价值判断标准。牢固确立以人为本的政治理念,为推进社会主义政治文明建设奠定坚实的思想理论基础;遵循以人为本的原则,积极推进民主制度建设;坚持执政为民的根本宗旨,规范党的执政行为。
