摘    要:在相同的基础饲料中添加40、60、80、100ppm四种不同剂量的阿散酸,试喂一冬龄建鲤30天。结果表明:在80ppm以下,随着阿散酸添加量增加,建鲤生长速度加快,饵料系数降低,耐低氧能力增强;但添加100ppm时,则又回复到添加60ppm时的水平。即添加80ppm组效果最好,与仅喂基础料组比较,其相对生长率提高21.1%,饵料系数降低1.47,耐低氧持续时间平均延长2.621小时,差异均极显著(P<0.01)。

Abstract:This 30 day test was to feed one-winter-old carps with the diet supplemented with arsanilic acid at four different concentrations. The result showed when the arsanilic acid concentration increased from 0ppm to 80ppm,the growth speeded up ,the coefficient of feed dropped and hypoxia-resistant ability enhanced. The highest weight gain per fish was achieved, when the concentration of arsanilic acid was 80ppm,and relative growth rate increased by 21. l%,the coefficient of feed dropped 1. 47 and the hypoxia resistant time prolonged 2. 621 hours,compared with the control. The differentia was very much apparent(P< 0.01).
