| 摘 要： | 在理论研究和实地调查的基础上,总结城市土地利用存在的突出问题,赋予城市工业土地集约利用概念新的内涵。首次将生态指标引入城市工业用地集约评价体系,并且生态指标与用地效率指标以及经济指标共同组成动态的、多目标的、综合的城市工业用地集约评价体系,对城市工业用地集约度进行科学合理的评价。最后,对该评价体系进行实证研究。

| Abstract: | Based on theory research and fieldwork,this article summarizes the status quo and updates the concept of intensive utilization of urban industrial land.For the first time,the ecological indexes are introduced into the evaluation system of intensive utilization of urban industrial land. Efficiency indexes and economic indexes together constitute the dynamic multi-objective and synthetic evaluation system of the intensive utilization of urban industrial land.A demonstration of this evaluation system is presented in the last part of the paper. |
