| 摘 要： | 意大利不但具有丰富的文化遗产,而且高度社会化的保护意识、完善的法律制度和先进的保护技术等,使它的保护理论和实践处于世界领先地位。其文化遗产保护的法律建设经历四个阶段,设置不同机构的多方参与及协作机制,通过对古建筑的修缮、城市环境的保护和现代功能的引入,促使意大利文化遗产保护与发展获得良性互动。

| Abstract: | Italy is featured by its rich cultural heritage,highly socialized protection awareness,a sound legal system and advanced protection technology,which makes its theory and practice of cultural heritage protection take the leading position in the world.Italy has gone through four stages of legal construction,such as setting up the working mechanism of multi-side participation and collaboration,promoting the interaction between protection and development of cultural heritage by old building remedy,urban environmental protection and the introduction of modern features. |
