| 摘 要： | 游客满意度的测评方法进行了概括和总结,在回顾以往研究经验的基础上选择了多层次模糊综合评价模型。根据模型设计出调查问卷,在湘西自治州进行实地调查,之后运用多层级模糊综合评价方法对问卷调查的数据进行计算,对湘西自治州民俗旅游开发的影响因子作出了相关评价,希望对当地民俗旅游开发起到一定的指导作用。

| Abstract: | Summarizing the tourist satisfaction degree evaluation method, the paper adopts the multi--level fuzzy quality synthetic evaluation model based on the review of former studies. The survey made on the model is applied in the western Hunan autonomous prefecture. Afterwards, the multi--level fuzzy quality synthetic evaluation method is used to calculate the questionnaire survey data, making the related appraisal to the influence factor, which is expected to guide the deveiopment of local ethnic tourism. |
