| 摘 要： | 区域人口的可持续发展是区域社会经济发展的根本保证，人口状态、人口结构、人口素质等都与人口可持续发展密切相关。从河北省情出发，构建一套切实可行的人口可持续发展评价指标体系，并用熵值赋权的方法，借助SPSS17．0、MATLAB6．5等分析软件，对河北省11个地市2002—2007年的人口发展情况进行实证分析，提出具体的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The sustainable development of regional population is the fundamental guarantee of regional socio-economic development. The population state, structure and quality are directly related to the sustainable development of regional population. According to Hebei province＇s actual situation, this article constructs the indicators system of sustainable development of regional population. Using Entropy Method to ascertain the weight of indicator, with the help of the analysis software of SPSS 17.0 and MATLAB 6.5, to proceed the empirical study of 2002 - 2007 Hebei province＇ s（including the 11 regions）sustainable development of population and gives the suggestions on the basis of the empirical analysis. |
