| 摘 要： | 当前我国高校债务化解的具体做法主要有两种：一是土地置换,二是争取财政专项支持。从知本运营的角度看,高校债务化解应探索知本与资本对接,以知本运营的成果偿付高校债务,尝试高校自主运营和委托外部运营的知本运营偿付债务模式。

| Abstract: | The current university debt can be liquidated by land replacement and financial fund support.In view of knowledge-capital management approach,the liquidation of university debt demands exploring the combination of knowledge-capital and capital engagement,paying university debt with the fruit of knowledgecapital management,and combining independent management and entrustment management. |
