| 摘 要： | 心理素质教育是目前社会关注的焦点之一,高校心理工作者急需拓展心理健康教育工作领域。体育教学作为高校受教最广的课程之一,也应该充分发挥心理健康教育技术在体育教学中的积极作用。阐述了将心理健康教育技术引进体育教学的必要性和迫切性,同时就引进途径进行了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | Psychological education is one of the social focal aspects.Psychological workers in colleges and universities do need badly to develop the domain of mental health education.As one course taken by extensive students,physical education should also bring its positive role into mental health education.This article discusses about the necessity and urgency to bring mental health education technologies into PE,and also carries out first step to discuss how to approach it. |
