| 摘 要： | 依法治国方略的提出 ,为法学人才培养模式的研究提供了广阔空间。新形势下法学教育必须实现以下几个转变 :加速法学教育的发展 ;打破法学教育是职业教育的单一思维 ;实行多层次办学 ,人才培养多元化 ;注重法学思维的训练 ,培养具有法的精神的人才 ;加强教学实践环节 ;改变“工具主义”的教育模式等。为此 ,必须从实际出发 ,构建新型法律人才培养模式 ,把法学教育理念和人才培养目标植根于中国实际。

| Abstract: | The strategy of "governing the state in accordance with the law" supplies capacious research void for jurisprudence education patterns of fostering legal personnel. Following mutations should be undertaken: accelerating the development of jurisprudence education; breaking through the single thought of regarding law education as occupational bring-up;permitting multiple schooling; putting the emphasis on thinking and usage of thinking method in legal education and cultivating legal personnel with juristic sprites;improving the practical teaching contents and reforming teaching patterns of "instrumentalism". Based on our practicalities, a new idea of jurisprudence education and new structure of cultivating legal personnel must be established. |
