| 摘 要： | 农村社会救助是实现农村社会和谐发展的重大举措，而农村社会救助的实施离不开农村民间组织的广泛参与。农村民间组织作为农村社会的有机构成，在推进农村社会救助发展中具有特殊的地位和作用。分析了农村民间组织的社会救助角色对于农村社会建设与发展具有的重要意义。

| Abstract: | Social succoring in rural areas is an important approach to realizing the harmonious development of rural community and the implementing of social succoring in the countryside will not be effective without the extensive participation of rural nongovernemntal organizations. Rural nongovernemntal organizations play a very special role in advancing social succoring in rural community as an integrated part of rural society. Probing in- to the role nongovernemntal organizations play in rural areas is of great significance to the construction and de- velopment of rural society. |
