| 摘 要： | “和谐社会”是一个在中西文化中都曾有所体现的社会目标,实现社会和谐，建设美好社会，始终是人类孜孜以求的一个社会理想，也是包括中国共产党在内的马克思主义政党不懈追求的一个社会理想。社会主义基本制度的确立为和谐社会的构建提供了基本的制度保证和实现的可能。这种新型社会具有民主法治、公平正义、充满活力等多种社会特征。

The socialist system makes it possible to con-struct a harmonious society,which is characterized by democracy,justice,and vitality. |
