摘    要:我国目前正在全面创建和谐社会时期,城市基础设施的建设就成为社会发展中重要的研究课题。本文阐述了城市基础设施建设的重要作用,选取了评价城市基础设施水平的典型指标;最后以2005年全国31个主要城市的数据为例,利用主成分聚类分析的方法说明指标和评估模型的应用。

Abstract:Building a harmonious society is a main mission of China, so a research on construction of urban infrastructure becomes important. This paper points out the significance of urban infrastructure, and selects typical indexes to evaluate the level of urban infrastructure construction based on principal component and clustering analyses. Finally, the application of the assessment model is illustrated with the datum of 31 cities of the year 2005.
