| 摘 要： | 如何有效预防和遏制居民火灾的发生,是构建和谐社会新形势下消防工作的一项重要内容。居民火灾多发,主要原因是在火灾隐患、居民意识、消防管理、设施建设等方面存在一些亟待解决的问题,要从落实消防安全责任、完善消防设施和技术、加强宣传教育、大力消除隐患、发展消防组织等方面加强居民火灾预防工作。

| Abstract: | How to prevent and restrain residents fire effectively is an important part of the construction of harmonious society in new situation.Residents fire happens frequently because of the problems in aspects of hidden fire danger,resident consciousness,fire protection management,facility construction,etc.which are urgently to be solved.Carrying out fire safety responsibility,improving fire protection facilities and technologies,emphasizing on public education,eliminating hidden danger by examination and developing fire prevention organization to enhance residents fire prevention. |
