摘    要:创新型人才必须同时具备宽阔的专业视野、良好的知识应用能力和人文素养、较好的团队合作精神和实践动手能力等。针对普通高校在生源质量、教学经费、校园创新文化等方面存在诸多不利因素,设计具有自己特色的创新型人才的培养模式和方法,来培养出满足社会不同层次需求的创新型人才。从"改革培养模式、探索导学制度、组织创新竞赛、构建校内外创新实践基地"四个方面开展培养机械能源类专业创新型人才的研究与实践。

Abstract:It is necessary for innovation-type talents to possess broad professional view,knowledge application skills,humanity quality,teamwork spirit,practical ability,etc.There exist such disadvantages in colleges and universities,as students' quality,education budget and innovation of campus culture.Therefore,it is of importance to design special educational mode and method with its own characteristics for innovation-type talents so as to satisfy different levels and the needs of society.Research and practice of cultivating innovation-type talents of mechanical and energy specialty are carried out in the following aspects: training mode reforming,tutor and student system exploration,innovation contest organization and innovative practice base in and outside of the campus construction.
