加强高校青年教师队伍建设的若干思考

高校青年教师队伍建设关系着高等教育在未来发展中的成功与失败,是高等学校能否赢得未来发展主动权的重大问题。当前加强高校青年教师队伍建设应重点从如下几个方面进行:强化教育理论知识培训,提高青年教师教学素质;加强学术团队建设,提高青年教师协作攻关和创新能力;创设人才成长良好环境,增强对青年教师的吸引力;改革师资管理体制,调动青年教师工作积极性。

The construction of the young teaching staff is of vital importance to the development of higher education in the future.It is also a strategic point closely related to whether universities could take the initiative for future development.The enhancement of the construction of young faculty should be undertaken from the aspects as follows: firstly,to reinforce the training in the respect of educational theory knowledge so as to improve the teaching quality;secondly,to strengthen the construction of academic teams in the hope of bettering the ability of young teachers to cooperate and innovate;thirdly,to create a favorable environment for talents' development so as to attract more young teachers;lastly,to reform the teachers management system in order to stimulate enthusiasm of young teachers in their work.
