摘    要:基于金融专业毕业生的就业现状,为适应金融人才需求二元化特征,解决大学生就业难题,中华女子学院金融系力争从两方面着手加强学生的就业竞争力.一是通过构建“应用金融课程”模块及其有效实施来增强金融专业学生应用能力和直接就业竞争力:二是通过凝练“理论金融课程”模块及其实施来助推毕业生的研究生考取率,间接解决毕业生的就业压力,提升毕业生的就业质量和层次.提出了实现“2+1模块”改革的总体思路与保障措施.

Abstract:In light of current job-search difficulties and the dual nature of the financial talent market,the Department of Finance at the China Women’s University has come up with a two-prong approach.The first involves improving and carrying out applied finance curriculum modules in order to enhance students’ application abilities and raise their employment chances.The second is to restructure and carry out theoretical finance curriculum modules in order to increase the passing rate of the postgraduate entrance examination,relieve employment pressure on students and promote their employment levels.Lastly,the paper puts forth suggestions and counter-measures in restructuring the "2+1" curriculum module.
