“道”与“器”——论中国画意象表现的构成要素

意象表现,可以说是中国绘画的本质特征。中国天人合一的哲学思想及刘勰、石涛等人的艺术观皆对中国绘画的意象表现产生了极大的影响。而中国画所用的工具材料也成就了中国画写意语式的完美表达。在中国的传统文化（哲学）中有所谓＂道＂＂器＂之论。＂形而上者谓之道,形而下者谓之器＂。中国天人合一的哲学思想及托物寄情的人文情怀可谓中国绘画之＂道＂,而中国画所利用的工具材料正是盛载中国文化之道的最佳之＂器＂。
