The Relationship between Human Resource Management and Management Controlling System

Neither the traditional Management Controlling Systems,nor the new-style ones can apprehend the relationship between human resource management from a dialectic view.This article considers that,to a certain extent,human resource management affects the mode of an organization's management controlling system,and also it is an important part of the management controlling system.This is determined not only by the characteristics of HRM and also the ones of Management Controlling System. The dialectic relationship between the two is the key to ensuring a harmonious and accordant organization and the smooth realization of its goal.
