中国古代乳文化的发韧、传播与变异

摘    要:中国古代乳文化发端于牧区,在向农区传播的过程中发生变异,主要表现为:乳品被当作珍贵的副食品、奢侈品的同时,其欣赏价值与医药价值也得以充分提升。乳文化变异是自然条件、经济环境与社会心理因素综合作用的结果。尤其是崇牛风尚的熏染,儒家戒律的震慑,畜产保护政策的制约,以及乳糖不耐症等社会心理因素,都是乳文化变异与传播受阻的重要原因。

Abstract:The diary product culture in Ancient China originated from the grazing district of the north,deviated during the period of transmission to the agricultural area.Manifested as follows: the diary products were viewed as the by-products,or luxury goods;meanwhile,its appreciation value,health cultivation,and Medicinal values were enhanced.The variation of diary culture is the result of comprehensive effects of natural conditions,economic environment and social factors.Elements like the influence of admiring the cow fashion,being threatened by the Confucius regulations,the restriction of the reservation of diary products policy,and the promotion of scholars etc.were the significant social factors of preservation and variation of diary culture.
