摘    要:在中国教育史上有"南陈北张"之称的"南开"学校创办者——张伯苓,是半殖民地半封建的旧中国知识分子中矢志教育救国的一个代表,被誉为中国近代教育史上勇于革新的教育实践家。张伯苓先生毕生致力于创办新教育,造就新人才。他揉和西方先进教育思想与中国传统实际,形成了独特的教育和学习思想,给我们的教育事业留下了一份宝贵的财富。

Abstract:The founder of Nankai school-Zhang Boling was known of the south Cheng and the North Zhang in the history of China education. Zhang Boling was a representative of the old Chinese intellectuals who delicate to save country through education in the semi-colonial and semi-feudal society. He was praised as an educational practitioner for having the courage to reform education in the history of modern china education. Zhang Boling mixed western with Chinese tradition and facts to form a kind of rather unique thought of learning and education that gave us a precious culture legacy. The subject of this paper attempt to introduces and analyses the learning sight of Zhang Boling briefly.
