| Abstract: | The construction of a good academic atmosphere is of great importance for the effective and efficient teaching. Based on the status of our university, the present paper argues that departments should be responsible for the construction of academic atmosphere. The author holds that only when every department takes the responsibility, can we change the present situation and form a better academic atmosphere. |
