老工业基地面临的挑战和振兴的出路

老工业基地在全面建设小康社会和实现经济发展第三步战略目标中还将续发挥重要作用。但在未来的经济发展中,将面临着市场经济竞争、科技创新、产业结构升级、产业结构升级、可持续发展模式和内含增长方式、全球经济一体化的挑战。本文认为,振兴老工业基地的根本出路在于改造和结构调整,提出了一系列对策建议。

This paper holds with that its fundamental vigorous development way lies in reforms and industrial adjustment and provides a series of proposals.
