| Abstract: | To study Deng Xiaoping's democracy legal system thought is theoretically and practically important for recognizing the development regularity present in China, understanding the development direction of rule by law and constructing modernized legal system of China. Based on research of Deng Xiaoping's democracy legal system, the author pointed out some suggest about how to rule by law at new era and construct Legal system nation in socialism. |
