杨凌示范区失地农民状况调查与思考

通过对杨凌示范区失地农民的生产生活状况进行调查和分析，发现失地农民在就业方式、收入状况、思想观念等方面发生了很大变化。但仍存在着盲目支配征地补偿金、农民就业不稳定、缺乏跳出靠农业发展经济的能力等方面的问题。建议从加强对失地农民发展生产的具体指导，充分发挥征地补偿金的整体效能，建立失地农民的有效保障机制等方面保障失地农民的利益。

Questionnaire Investigation, Problems and Suggestions of Land-losing Farmers in Yangling Demonstration Zone

Questionnaire investigation was made about the production and life status of land-losing farmers since the establishment of Yangling Demonstration Zone. The data indicated that there were obvious changes in employment, income, ideology, etc. of land-losing farmers. But many problems still existed, such as blind use of compensatory money, unsteady employment, lacking ability of non-agricultural undertakings, etc. For the advantage of land-losing farmers, the suggestions were proposed, such as the guidance for the production of land-losing farmers should be enhanced, the whole function of compensatory money should be used sufficiently, and effective security system should be established.
