| 摘 要： | 阿拉伯埃及共和国进行宪法和宪政建设已有几十年的历史 ,并且在非洲大陆具有重要的影响。埃及宪法经过封建帝国征服时期、殖民地时期、独立时期三个阶段的发展 ,在其国家政治和宗教传统的影响下 ,逐步形成了自己独具特色的制宪特点。其现行宪法即 1 971年永久宪法的主要内容反映了埃及宪政建设的成就

| Abstract: | The constitution and constitutional government of Egypt have been proceeding for tens of years. This constitution produce the essential effect to the mainland of Africa.The constitution of Egypt goes along from the age of the feudal empire,the age of as a colony to the age of autonomy.It form its distinguishing principles of constitutionalism step by step with the effect of politics and religion.The currently constitution in Egypt is The Eternal Constitution in 1971.The contents of The Eternal Constitution in 1971 reflect the success to build a constitutional government in Egypt. |
