| 摘 要： | <法律基础>与<法学概论>和公民普法教育不同,它通过回答和解决学生法律方面的实际思想问题,帮助学生确立正确的法制观念和法律观点,培养和提高他们的法律意识,使其养成遵纪守法的良好习惯.因此,它是一门思想品德课程,是高校马克思主义理论和思想品德教育的一个不可缺少的有机组成部分.

| Abstract: | There are differences between the offering of the course of Rudiments of Law or an Introduction to Law and the popularization of laws among the people.The former helps the students establish correct legal sense and consciousness to form a good habit of obeying laws,by solving their ideological problems related with laws.Therefore they belong to Marxismeducation at colleges and universities. |
