| 摘 要： | 证券无纸化对证券市场的发展起了重大的推动作用,各国在金融法律制度中开始确立无纸化证券的法律地位.无纸化证券具有三个基本要素:证券登记、账户存管和电子信息;蕴含着一个以证券账户为载体的新的证券权利结构.无纸化证券仍然具有证券的基本属性,证券账户也并未改变无记名证券的性质,只是借用了记名证券的交易技术.
