| 摘 要： | 绿洲农业是新疆经济社会持续发展的基础,发展现代农业是新疆绿洲农业发展的战略选择,而绿洲现代节水农业是绿洲现代农业的重要环节,是实现新疆经济可持续发展的重要保证。该文认为,绿洲现代节水农业是一个系统工程,就是要建设绿洲现代农业节水抑盐系统工程、绿洲节水生态农业系统工程、绿洲现代节水高效农业系统工程。三者相辅相成,以节水为纽带,彻底改变传统农业徘徊低效增长局面,为新疆经济社会持续发展奠定稳定的基础。

| Abstract: | Agriculture is the foundation of the continuous social and economic development in Xinjiang.To develop modern agriculture is a strategic choice for oasis agriculture in Xinjiang.This paper summarizes the oasis agricultural development status in Xinjiang,recounts three systems engineering of oasis modern agriculture and puts forward appropriate measures from technique,organization,capital to develop oasis agriculture modernization in Xinjiang. |
