| 摘 要： | 根据江苏省的发展历史和现状,对江苏省在实施可持续发展战略中的人口多、资源相对匮乏、环境形势严峻、区域发展不平衡的主要制约因素进行了分析.提出了控制人口数量,提高人口素质,转变资源利用和管理方式,加强生态建设,科教兴省的应对措施,以保证江苏省的可持续发展战略实施.

| Abstract: | According to the historic and current situation of Jiangsu's development, this article analyzes the main restrictive factors in implementing the sustainable development strategy in the province. And then, in order to carrying out successfully the strategies, it puts forward the corresponding measures: to control the population, to enhance the population quality, to optimize the resource utilization and management mode, to reinforce the ecological construction, to prosper the province with science and technology, etc. |
