| 摘 要： | 以美国研究型大学--俄亥俄州立大学为例,运用加拿大管理学者亨利·明茨伯格提出的组织的五分结构理论,从职能、决策、关系和运行等方面对俄亥俄州立大学的管理体制进行分析,针对目前我国建设研究型大学在管理体制方面存在的问题,提出了相应对策.

| Abstract: | It is very significant that we refer to the administration mechanism of America's research university. This paper takes the research university - Ohio State University in U.S.A. as an example, and analyzes the administration mechanism of O.S.U. from function, decision-making, relation and operation by using five-structure theory of organization which was put forward by Canadian management scholar Henry Mintzberg, and finally offers some suggestions and countermeasures to some problems of the administration mechanism in establishing the research university at present. |
